At Mindful Message Gifts, each item is made with care and intention — created individually to avoid waste and honor mindful production practices.
All products are made to order.
For this reason, we hope you’ll understand that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure that you are selecting the right size for any apparel for this reason.

Exceptions:
If you received the wrong item, or your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away (please send picture) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
